Job Title: Part-Time Office Assistant (After School Hours)

About the Role:
This position is perfect for high school students who are detail-oriented, and eager to learn. You will work closely with our administrative team to provide exceptional support and assistance to our staff and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
· Answer and screen phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff member.
· Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
· Assist with appointment scheduling and check-ins/check-outs.
· Assist with management of office supply and retail inventories.
· Conduct basic computer work, including using Microsoft Office applications.
· Ensure the cleanliness and organization of reception, waiting areas, rest rooms, fitness center and locker room areas.
· Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service and support.
· Assist Sr. Administrative Assistant and/or Client Success Manager with day-to-day tasks as assigned.
· Assist Marketing team with administrative tasks and update data in software system(s).
· Assist pharmacy team with administrative tasks as requested.
· Other duties as assigned.
